With automotive design shifting towards aerodynamic efficiency, in both the hypercar stratosphere and the consumer car underworld, air is evermore taking the curves and vanes of automotive design into it's own hands.
With that said, air can be a drastic demolition to the design of the automobile, or it can take the lines to a place no designer would have thought to previously go, so lets break down the question to a specific part of an automobile and ask: what aerodynamically designed part brings tears to your eyes?

While I dislike the car itself, the Veneno's center air stabilizer thingy is sweet, because Lemans inspired.

University of Texas - Arlington's 2002 FSAE unsprung aero package, specifically their undertray and diffuser. Because why not?
